You may want to ask your family to support you in your quit attempt. If you feel they may be supportive and able to help this could be a good option.
If another member of your family or household smoke, you may want to try and quit together. It could make it much easier to stay off cigarettes if you're not surrounded by other people smoking. You may also want to explain to your family that you're trying to stop and at moments of weakness you'll need them to remind of your commitment to quit.
