Nicotine oral film is a form of Nicotine Replacement. It is a thin strip which dissolves in your mouth releasing nicotine. The nicotine is absorbed through the lining of your mouth.
Nicotine oral film is very simple to use, you simply place it on your tongue and wait for it to dissolve. It is a relatively new product and hasn't been tested as thoroughly as other forms of Nicotine Replacement Therapy, but it could be worth trying.
