Nicotine mouthspray is a form of Nicotine Replacement Therapy. It is similar to the nicotine gum and lozenge in that nicotine is absorbed through the lining of the mouth. It is faster acting than the patch, but not as quick as the nasal spray.
Use it regularly for at least 6 weeks alongside the nicotine patch. Experiment with the best way of spraying it into your cheeks to get the maximum benefit. For some people the taste can be very off-putting, so if you don't like it feel free to use one of the other fast-acting nicotine replacement products.
