Description

There is some evidence that people who switch to a healthier diet are more likely to stay off cigarettes. This may be because a change in diet goes hand in hand with a wider shift in identity towards being a 'healthy person' i.e. someone who doesn't smoke. 

How best to use it

There are many books about how to eat healthily on the market. Your appetite is very likely to increase when you give up smoking so you might wan to carry around healthy snacks so you can eat in between meals.
