Going to bed early

Description

A lot of smokers feel strong cravings in the evenings, so going to bed early can be a way to avoid these. If you don't usually smoke in bed then just being in a location you don't associate with cigarettes can help enormously.

How best to use it

Going to bed at 9pm might seem a little strange, but it may well help you during the difficult evenings when you experience strong urges to smoke.
